Description
Scheduling issue with Gene Campbell so we will use Charles Traylor Park in Willis and Bear Creek park in West Houston.
Team Costume Contest & Goodie bag exchange at the beginning of both pool games.
We will have a trunk or treat in the parking lot starting at 6pm. Decorate your vehicle and bring candy to give out.
The most decked out vehicle will receive a $100 gift card
55/65 Min Games PAP $45 Due to time restraint we will do 65 Min bracket games.
8u 55/65 Min games or 6 innings whichever occurs first PAP 8u $45
Awards Individual 1/2/3rd and paid berth to Fall State
Going to be a spooky good time!
Gate Adult $10 Kiddos 5-17yr $3 for the weekend

Bear Creek Park closes @ 10PM. Everyone has to be out of the park by 10PM per Harris County.

Pool Game times will be posted Wednesday night, Bracket Thursday morning. If you have not paid your team entry fee, please send it in. You can pay through the website or through these options. If you have any questions, please let me know
Reminder we will have a Halloween costume contest. 1 winner in each age group. We will exchange goodie bags at each pool game so please bring 30 goodie bags. IF you have any left over I am sure the blues would like candy/goodies also :)

IF your team is going to participate in the Halloween costume contest: Please take your team pic at the ballpark then post it on the Facebook group 4 Tier Sports
Include your team name, age group and location your team is playing. The team with the most likes @9AM Sunday will win. We will have 1 winner in each age group.
Each Team bring 30 goodie bags to exchange during 1&2nd game. 15 for each game. If you play a team that doesn't have goodie bags to exchange please keep your till the next game. With all of the late request it is very hard to pair up teams to exchange.
Please make sure your roster/guest players are on the 4TS website by 7AM Saturday. If you need help please LMK
