4Tier requires umpire and coaches background checks. 

Coach $25 this will cover the cost of the background check. Coach season 8/1-7/31

Umpire $55 This will cover the cost of the background check and insurance. Umpire season 1/1-12/31

When JDP sends you a copy of your background check please upload a copy of it to your account file. Login to your account on the left hand side click on documents, click on account file.
